These terms apply to the use of this website and to Leonardo Travel transport services: the regular line between Switzerland and Portugal and coach hire with a driver.

Website information

The website is for information. Bookings for the regular line are made by our team, by phone or WhatsApp, and are only confirmed when we confirm them. Quote requests sent through the website are not a booking.

Prices

Published prices are indicative and may be updated. The price that applies is the one confirmed at the time of booking or given in the quote.

Luggage and pets

Luggage and pets must be stated when booking. Extra or bulky items must be agreed before the trip.

Changes and cancellations

The change and cancellation conditions are those given in the booking confirmation or in the accepted quote.

Coach hire

Quotes are free and without obligation. The service conditions — route, times, price and payment — are those of the accepted quote.
