This policy explains how Leonardo Travel processes the personal data of people who use this website, under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Portuguese law.

What data we process

• Identification and contact details: name, email, phone and organisation (if given).
• Trip details: departure point, destination, dates, number of passengers, type of service and comments.
• Technical data: IP address and browser, for security and abuse prevention.

What we use the data for

• Replying to quote and contact requests and preparing our proposal (pre-contractual steps).
• Managing bookings and trips, when you book them (performance of the contract).
• Meeting legal obligations, such as invoicing.
• Protecting the website against spam and abuse (legitimate interest).

How long we keep it

Quote requests that do not lead to a booking are kept for 24 months. Booking and invoicing data are kept for the period required by law.

Who we share it with

Only with providers that help us operate (website hosting, email delivery and the Google reCAPTCHA service that protects the form), under contracts that guarantee data protection. Switzerland, where we also have an office, has an adequacy decision from the European Union.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, object to its processing and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to geral@leonardotravel.pt. You can also lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority, CNPD (www.cnpd.pt).
